Great, easy and effective
What do you like best about the product?Because of its simplicity, it is a very effective and reliable connection. I also use it a lot and am accountable for keeping the connection live and updated.What do you dislike about the product?Opening the integration with Sheets sometimes takes a minute, but it's still awesome.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?The integrations of all the data quickly
Great for Teams — Simple, Fast, and No Heavy Setup Needed
What do you like best about the product?Even if you're already familiar with spreadsheet formulas, Coefficient is super easy to pick up. It doesn’t take long to get used to, and it runs really smoothly even on laptops that aren't super powerful. I also like that you can keep everything in one file instead of juggling multiple tools. It’s a great way to get your team up and running without needing a lot of training or onboarding time.What do you dislike about the product?The auto-refresh feature doesn’t always work when you use certain filters, and there’s no clear message explaining why it failed. It’d be helpful to have more detailed error messages so users aren’t stuck guessing. Also, I tend to build similar Looker setups across different spreadsheets, so having a way to copy and paste configurations or create reusable templates would save a lot of time.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Coefficient to pull in data and quickly create summaries that are easy to share with other teams. It helps centralize everything in one place, so I don’t have to jump between tools or manually update reports. It saves time, reduces errors, and makes it easier to share clear insights across the company.

Fast, simple, easy
The fastest, simplest, and easiest way that I know of to connect common data sources to your spreadsheet. I use this extensively to get basic data from QuickBooks and HubSpot, sync between two sheets/sources (like Excel and Sheets) or to use the Coefficient spreadsheet as a quick source for a visualization tool like Power BI or Tableau.
Best and fastest way to sync databases or tools with Google Sheets.
What do you like best about the product?I like the idea of having a tool which automatically sync data between databases and Google Sheets. No more downloading/ Uploading, spending time on analysing or manipulating data. I directly linked it to Looker, and the time I used to spend without using Coefficient for my tasks has been reduced by 5 times. It automatically links and provides many more customisation features. I can setup sync schedule and also alerts, which is great.What do you dislike about the product?So far, there is nothing that I dislike. It's just that under sync schedule, we can add more options like sync every month/quarter.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?It allows us to pull data into Google sheets and set up alerts for metrics when they drop below the target which we can not do with our current BI tool.
easy to push data to Gsheets!
What do you like best about the product?lots of integrations. easy to set up, and able to configure refreshes. some of our favorites are Tableau and Salesforce integrations. Support is also readily available.What do you dislike about the product?Some of the integrations are missing fields so we still have to manually pull. Some integrations we wish they had, e.g. Gainsight, and better jira integration. Pulling from API is also not easy, and documentation is vague.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?very easy to use google sheets as a temporary data warehouse. This helps us streamline and automate data and analysis.

What do you like best about the product?The best part is you can refresh the data in one click.What do you dislike about the product?I found it bit slow while connecting to sources as snowflake, this may happen because of large datasets also.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?I used coefficient for data validations from multiple sources, directly connecting with any particular source like snowflake, salesforce and tableau.

Great for interdepartamental excel sheets - bit annoying to sort it out
What do you like best about the product?I've been using Coefficient for collaboration across departments, and it's been really helpful. Having all our data in a single Excel sheet that's always updated makes it easy for different teams to stay aligned (marketing-sales mostly). It’s simple to use, and the automatic updates save a lot of timeWhat do you dislike about the product?While Coefficient is great for centralizing data, it does have a bit of a downside. The data comes in a format that’s not always ideal, so you end up needing quite a few formulas to rearrange it into the structure you want—whether that's adjusting columns, rows, or KPIs.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Coefficient solves a big issue of having a clear overview of data across all departments. Instead of having data scattered in different places, it brings everything together in one spot, making it easier to track performance and keep everyone on the same page. It's a useful tool for getting a comprehensive view of how different teams are performing.

Great time saver!
Cuts down on so much time with auto data refreshes. Our team no longer has to download data sets every month to complete 2 and 2-way reconciliations.
