Wordのadd-in画面にてID・パスワードを入力をし、OLGAにログインをすることで、以下の機能を利用できます。
- OLGA標準搭載の一般基準、または利用企業独自の判断基準で、契約書の条項の抜けもれやリスクのある箇所についてアラートし、想定されるリスクの詳細解説や修正方針を参照できる
- 企業内でレビューした契約書や、各法務担当者が持っている法務知識をOLGAにセットアップすることで、知識の共有ができる
- 条項ズレや引用条項のチェック、表記揺れの修正など、作業の自動化ができる
