Planyear for Outlook integrates Planyear's intelligent tools directly within your Outlook inbox. It enables brokers to send quote emails into Planyear's document workflows without leaving Outlook. This seamless integration reduces context switching and keeps daily tasks in one place.

How your data is used:

• The add-in accesses and modifies your email data to provide its functionality
• Please review what data is accessed before installing
• What the Add-in modifies:

  • To field: When you click the checkbox having the label "Add Email Address" in the task pane, the add-in automatically adds the To field to the email. This modification happens when you explicitly click the checkbox; nothing happens automatically or in the background.
  • Email content: is transmitted to Planyear servers to create an RFP request in the Planyear portal
  • No data is shared with any third parties

How it works:

1. Install the add-in from the Microsoft AppSource or Outlook Add-in Store
2. Open Outlook and log in with your Planyear credentials or via SSO
3. Click the Planyear icon in the toolbar to open the task pane
4. Choose Document Intelligence
5. For document sending, select the employer (and renewal period if required)
6. Send the email automatically linked to the appropriate Planyear workflow
