JobAdder

The Job Adder Outlook app has helped me keep and track all correspondence in my job adder account. They made an update earlier this year that allows me to update an existing Candidates profile directly from my Inbox, if they send me their updated CV. Once this feature was added I was all in. I cannot live without it now and rely on it for my day to day. So much so that if it ever misbehaves I'm there to let the team know and ready to assist. Great work Jobadder keep the awesome features coming!

Major time saver as I can add notes to my candidates directly from outlook and track my communications back to JobAdder. Big win for us!

I'm really enjoying this add-in. I find it quicker than dragging my resumes into JobAdder. Two thumbs up!

The JobAdder outlook plugin has been very useful for me because I like to work from my email inbox. When I click an email, the plugin shows me if I have that job applicant already in JobAdder... this helps me stop data duplication, and I can add notes directly to them without leaving my inbox. Has saved me lots of time, or going backwards and forwards. Outlook is not my favourite system (Lots of us need to use it as company policy), but JobAdder has accounted for it with this plugin and I'm thankful for that. Makes my day easier.

Have recently discovered this plugin and love it! I found it easy to set up & get going with, at this stage, I’m using it mostly to edit contacts from Outlook. It’s already been a massive time-saver for me, as I can add notes and edit contacts from the plugin. It then automatically updates in JobAdder.

Works seamlessly, integrates well with Outlook. Excellent real Time support when needed.

JobAdder implementation was easy. It is a sold program that works well within our other systems. I would recommend.

The app really simplifies working between outlook and JobAdder. Being able to save an email directly in to the candidate or contact record without leaving Outlook is incredibly helpful. In terms of areas for improvement, it would be fantastic if you could select the candidate/contact, and not be limited to it looking at where the email came from, as you could then save internal emails about a particular candidate as well.

Consistent transfer of data

Easily transfer candidate information, resumes and set up a new candidate record in JobAdder from outlook email. Very useful app
