service desk tickets, allowing them to search for a ticket, see the latest
status, receive notifications about any changes or just follow the tickets
opened by the company.

Desk will offer a complete 360 degrees view about your tickets offering a
dashboard to follow the trend of opened/closed cases and the possibility to
get in contact
with the first line of attendance by chatbots, offering Q&A for customers
to have an easier access to Sinqia products and software knowledge base.
The Sinqia
Service Desk PowerApp is part of Sinqia Services offering and all customers who
has access to Sinqia software with valid maintenance will be able to use this
app.
To login in
Sinqia Service Desk PowerApp you will need to use your JIRA Service Desk login
and password that was provided when you subscribed or purchased a Sinqia
Software.
