The process streamlining and template design is very convenient and simple to implement. As a developer, I need to have the process planning and sprint planning in place before the actual development starts, and Decision AI is really helpful in that.

There is lot of knowledge gathering that is required in the application before we can start using it since most of the features require learning. But once we get hold of the app, it is quite clear and consistent .

Decisions AI is mostly used in my sprint planning team meetings which take place every two weeks and this application has made that process much easier to manage than before.

I really appreciate how intuitive and easy to use Decisions AI is. The UI is clean and user-friendly, so even first-time users can get up and running quickly. The tool makes data-driven decision-making much simpler by providing clear visual flows and recommendations. I also like the flexibility in setting up decision logic—it's quite powerful once you get the hang of it. I use it around once a week and it is very easy to implement and use.

While the core functionality is solid, there’s still room for improvement in terms of integration with third-party tools. Setting up more complex integrations can be a bit tricky and sometimes requires additional support. Also, the customer support, while responsive, can take time to resolve more technical queries. A few more advanced features would also be great for power users.

Decisions AI is helping automate complex decision-making processes that would otherwise require manual logic building or human intervention. It reduces the time spent on analyzing multiple data points by generating intelligent recommendations. For me, it’s been especially useful in streamlining workflows and reducing human error—decisions are faster, more consistent, and backed by data. This has improved efficiency across the board and allowed our team to focus more on strategy than on repetitive decision paths.

The user interface is so easy to understand that even the most common person would not find any difficulty. In addition, the UI is easy to access, even for non-technical people. This app provides smart recommendations for the users, and the developers clearly listened to user feedback.

Advanced customization options and integration setup could be improved, especially for niche tools.

I wanted to review Decisions AI as it integrates well with our existing technology stack. This system helps provide actionable insights based on data, which has helped us make better decisions. It is able to automate scenarios and run simulations, which has avoided human bias, so we are making more informed choices.

Excellent AI summary of meetings with minimal human validation / verification of the content required. Pre-meeting reminders / prompts with concise, relevant actions pre and post meeting. This is a real-life use case of AI technology that just works and provides significant productivity savings and process improvements. The Decisions support team are also extremely responsive and helpful - ironically with real people available to support !

Nothing really - there are some functionality enhancements I would like to see as I continue to drive even further value from the tool but I'm sure the Decisions team will help with that

I’ve been using Decision AI in my business, and honestly, it’s been a huge asset in improving the way we handle meetings. One of the biggest advantages is its ability to automate meeting notes and summarize discussions in real time—saving us hours in documentation and follow-ups. The smart agenda suggestions ensure that we stay focused and cover essential topics without wasting time. What I appreciate most is the task tracking feature—decisions made during meetings don’t just disappear into vague emails; instead, they get logged and synced with our productivity tools.

I’ve noticed that the AI-generated summaries sometimes miss important nuances that a human would catch. While it integrates well with Microsoft tools, I wish it had better compatibility with other third-party apps we rely on. Also, for smaller businesses, the pricing can feel a bit steep compared to simpler meeting management solutions.

For MY business, more productive meetings, better collaboration, and fewer manual tasks, allowing me to focus on strategy rather than admin work.

I love the ease of the agenda builder and the ease of creating and sending out minutes.

There are a few little things I would like Decisions to be able to do that is not possible yet, but their developers are always open to receiving ideas and

The things I like about this product are firstly Decisions AI is easy to implement as it provides UI based setup for it making it easily understandable and to the customers with a clean instructions along with providing multiple number of features like inclusive leadership tool and others, also easy to integrate with your teams and setting it up makes it easy to use so that the customers use this product very often and frequently.

There are very few things that i don't like about this product is the the customer support is not up to the mark, if i raise any ticket regarding a query, it will take more time to get solved or any reply from the company.

Decisions AI is very helpful in meeting managements in teams , it helps in providing equal opportunity each and everyone in the meeting by giving their decisions regarding the discussion that is going on, and also the AI meeting assistants helps in understanding and gives the correct overview of the meeting with its insightful thoughts and assisting during the meeting.

It allows me to view my entire meeting schedule at a glance and activate recording prior to meetings. The Recap function is also very useful, being able to edit it and assign tasks to those involved. It seems to be part of and native to Teams/Outlook.

Its configuration interface is not very intuitive.

Now I can create transcripts and record meetings, and create recaps and tasks for the participants.

Taking notes and actions items in meetings is seamless! Auto record for meetings is fantastic. Reminders of upcoming meeting and best ways to prepare for them creates thinking and brainstorming.

Sometimes slow to reload content. Missed a couple meetings of recording as the auto recording went away.
