Have been using it for years - very helpful.

Using the paid version (40 bucks a year) for already 3 years

What do you like best about the product?
Enormous data base of icons, always (almost) have been able to find what I was looking for. I also know that every artist gets paid when I use their work, so that is another plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actaully there is no thing I dislike... the cost is fair even cheap, resourcex and ease of use are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent graphic language for my presentations and decks.

Best icons available!

I've been using Noun Project icons for over one year and would not consider using anything else. The ability to source them through PowerPoint is absolutely essential to my work as a designer. I'd offer more stars if I could!!!

Broad vocabulary of icons

I have been very happy with my subscription for the last two years. Whenever I need an icon, they always seem to have something that matches my search term. Color (single colors) and scale (24-1000px) can be adjusted.

The Best Icons for Web Design and More

What do you like best about the product?
I love the consistent aesthetic of The Noun Project. There are also tons of options available for every project. I'm always astounded by how easy it is to implement, especially with website design projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any library, there are limitations when it comes to finding the exact icon you're looking for. However, I'd say that The Noun Project covers 95% of our projects and I'm extremely grateful to the designers and teams that make it possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Icons really make a website pop. The Noun Project has really improved my website workflow, saving me time and creative energy on every project. Additionally, the customization allows us to make every site feel unique to each business.

Great resource for more than just icons

What do you like best about the product?
The extensiveness of the icon library is amazing. It has an icon for pretty much any prompt. I rarely have a search term that doesn't pull up anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that more of the icon sets were exported with their paths intact, rather than expanding the paths into strokes. It would make it a lot easier to edit the icon shape and stroke width. There are also not a lot of styles, it's mostly all a very specific style of modern line art icons, there is almost nothing with an organic or hand drawn feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use NP not just for icons, but for creativity problem-solving. For example, I needed to design products with an illustration on the front label. These were supplement products, so sometimes the benefits were too abstract or broad for me to think of a 1-to-1 representation. I used NP to search via words related to the benefits, and I often got very interesting icons that I wouldn't have thought to illustrate.

One of the best places for Creative Commons icons and photos

What do you like best about the product?
The Noun Project makes it very easy to find icons quickly for mockups, websites, or assignments for class. The interface is simple and organized, making it easier to find an icon quickly and also assess whether it suits my purpose because of the color scheme. The Noun Project's variety of photos is equally as great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to hover over an icon and save it to favorites or to highlight icons on a page so I can make a selection from the highlighted ones. Essentially just to make choosing an icon really quick from a collection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I search the Noun Project preeetty much anytime I need an icon or photo anymore. It's one of my most frequented when I'm in need. It makes choosing a unique and consistent set of icons easy.

This is a wonderful repository of graphical representations.

Love it, use it on the site and now with this, it's even more seamless. Works very well in PPT.

Good but not great! (free edition)

using the free Noun Project edition, the number of icons was limited but the functionality worked well. comparing the free Noun Project edition to the MS icons, the MS icons had a larger selection and I plan to just use these.
