What to know before you start

• Account required: TenderAI needs an active account and subscription to use. To request access, email support@apption.com or visit the TenderAI dashboard.
• Where things happen: Daily updates, summaries, and team collaboration happen in Teams. Admin setup and billing are handled in our web dashboard outside Teams.
• AI guidance, not final answers: Summaries and scores are generated by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Please review before making decisions.
• How to use the AI feature within the bot: When you open a new RFP card in Teams, TenderAI automatically generates a natural-language summary and a fit score. You can view these AI-generated summaries directly in the card, then share or discuss them with your team in the same chat or channel. You can also ask additional natural-language questions that will be answered using a Large Language Model within the context of the document.

Responsible AI & Reporting

• Moderation: We apply safeguards and admin controls to reduce harmful or inappropriate AI content.
• Report a problem: If you see objectionable AI-generated content or have concerns, email support@apption.com. We review reports and take timely action.
• Staying on-topic: If a chat drifts away from RFP-related tasks, the bot suggests supported actions to guide you back.
