Sycor.Text allows you to easily insert additional texts into documents such as sales quotations, order confirmations, and invoices. You define where the texts appear – in the header, footer, or at the line-item level. These texts can be used to provide customers with supplementary information or to ease internal communication.
Every Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain can be set up or configured individually. WYSIWYG Editor for Preconfigured Modules and Manual Entries
With the integrated WYSIWYG editor, you can easily insert additional text, links, and standard formatting (e.g., bold, font size, font color, paragraph breaks) into all document types. Multilingual support ensures consistency across all languages used in your business.
Sycor.Text allows you to:
- Link additional texts to master data (e.g., customers, products, locations)
- Create and reuse predefined text modules
- Add manual entries as needed
The additional texts are stored in your master data (e.g.) for example with customers, articles, locations, or clients and can be integrated into the documents when needed.
Predefined modules can be applied globally or tailored to specific locations. Use them to point out general terms and conditions, but also to inform about company-wide or regional promotions or to announce upcoming trade fairs or other events.
Manual entries offer flexibility to add customer-specific agreements, record individual offers or include additional order details. Users can also override predefined modules on a case-by-case basis, ensuring maximum adaptability.
