Helaas erg traag
De werking van deze add in kan nog sterk verbeterd. Het loggen van mails bij een contact, deal, project, etc. is heel erg traag. Bij elke klik moet je wachten. Als je kijkt hoe snel en efficiënt de Gmail extensie is, dan valt hier nog een hele hoop te verbeteren. Teamleader zelf is absoluut top, maar deze add in is nog zeer matig...

What do you like best about the product?I have nothing against Teamleader, it has been beneficial for the general organization of our team. The freedom in using one tool for sales, projects, and billing has reduced our clutter and disorganize flow of programs.What do you dislike about the product?I sometimes want more detailed instruction on some tasks. For instance, project reports are not specific of each team member’s inputs or minutes spent to a certain activity in a project.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Teamleader has lowered the office administrative tasks that our team had to complete. It means all our project, sales, and billing data are now in one location, avoiding multiple spreadsheets and various tools.

What do you like best about the product?Teamleader has the ability to amalgamate all my client details in the most efficient way, as a team leader. I also find the visual pipeline for sales opportunities to be very useful in monitoring my sales funnel and areas that might require some little attention.What do you dislike about the product?It lacks some business-critical functions such as co-authoring or built-in communications tools. In projects where there are many discussions and many changes to written work, it often appears inconvenient to use something outside the platform.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Teamleader has been great for working with clients and getting a hold of my business. It saves time as compared to scattering data across various platforms and it gives me the glimpse of my business health.

Superb tool for organizing the tasks in small to medium businesses
What do you like best about the product?Teamleader is simple and efficient tool to organize your tasks like sales reports etc. It has a user-friendly interface that a new user can send invoices to clients, track the quotations, tenders. Basically it organizes all your tasks very efficiently. Their customer support is quite agressive to solve your problems or implementations.What do you dislike about the product?If there could be more customization options available. Sometimes become slow if there is an inconsistent internet.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?It's user-friendly dashboard quickly shows the details about the status of the tasks. Also generating reports, tracking the billing data become so easy and you can find everything in a single app.
Good CRM tool for small business
What do you like best about the product?We able to manage our sales activities very efficiently with this tool. This is a very easy to use tool for keeping track of tenders, quotations, generating invoices etc. Overall it made our process quite faster. The customer support is pretty awesome. Implementation of the tool with our accounting software became easy with the help of the customer care.What do you dislike about the product?Nothing much really. There should be more customization option. Sometimes bit laggy.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?I can say a one stop solution for CRM, billing, project management.

good but lacks functionality
I find Team Leader helpful for organizing tasks and viewing my sales reports. However the tool has its limits and sometimes seems to slow down the work instead of speedng up. Worth a try if you don't expect much.

Missing link to deals
It's great that you can connect mails from Outlook to Teamleader. However you can only choose a contact and not a deal or project. This makes that you then have to go back into TL, open the contact AND edit the attached mail which on top of that presents itself as a comment and not mail. This is quite some stuff to do whereas the Outlook 2013 plugin allowed direct connection to deals. That was a lot more practical.
