VisitorOS Events for Outlook makes it easier for hosts to plan events by connecting their mailbox with VisitorOS events.
With the add-in, users can create, manage and analyze events from their calendar invitation. Outlook calendar events created via the add-in will automatically generate a corresponding VisitorOS event that in turn sends out invitations to both internal and external guests.
This add-in is only available to current VisitorOS customers of iLobby.
Key Features
Create: Seamlessly invite guests, specify the location, and set visitor type, all from your mailbox. Hosts can even remove internal employees from the add-in without changing the Outlook invite, ensuring only those who need to pre-register get an invitation from VisitorOS.
Manage: All changes made to the invitation will automatically be reflected in the VisitorOS platform. Rest easy knowing that adding or removing guests, changing the time, and even canceling the event can all be completed via the add-in
Analyze: Hosts can choose to receive an event summary with attendee details once the event has ended.
VisitorOS Events for Outlook uses SmartAlert to verify the required fields are correctly set and give you an opportunity to fill-in optional fields to improve your meeting invite.
