QCheck-IT is a free App by QuantumPM to review the quality of tasks in project schedules.
QCheck-IT by QuantumPM is a free Microsoft Project Task Pane App that helps project managers review the quality of the tasks in their project schedules. QCheck-IT works on any Microsoft Project schedule (.mpp file) - there is no requirement for Microsoft Project to be connected to a Project Server 2013 instance or to a Project Online site to use the add-in. The App allows you to decide which checks to run and provides immediate results as measured against industry best practices. The App evaluates a task that is highlighted in the project schedule and provides two sets of information: (a) Task Audit - evaluates each task against a list of audit conditions and provides a result and (b) Task Progress - graphical displays of task percent complete, work and completion progress to baseline.
