At the end of the 2-day Assessment for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, the plan presented from the second day will be provided.
A trial instance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service with your sample data and customizations will be provided. This will include Accounts, Customer Assets, Territories, Resources, Calendars, Skills, Work Orders, Schedule Boards, Products, Services, Agreements, Warehouses and Mobility. In addition, the solution will have a Dashboard with graphics and pre-filtered lists to monitor the service.
