Inventory Manager


Inventory Manager helps you streamline your purchase and stock keeping process.

  • Stock Management: Stock management helps you specify the shape and number of stocked goods. By keeping track of products which you have on-hand or ordered, you save the effort of doing an inventory recount.
  • Generate Purchase Orders: Create a new order or select from existing orders. Add details like product name, price/unit, quantity and select the suppliers available for a specific product. If you have already assigned a supplier to a product, it gets auto assigned.
  • Generate Purchase Invoice: Purchase invoice indicates the quantity and price of each product, the amount you owe or if the invoice has been paid. Add quantity received from the supplier, change the price of the product and generate purchase invoice with a single click.
  • Low Stock Management: Keeping track of goods which are low in stock will help you filter out such products. Enable Low Stock Management for a product with a single click and never run out of stock. Assign suppliers to a product or add new suppliers from detailed view of a product.
  • Generate RMA: Generate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), manage product returns and order cancellations even after the order is fulfilled. Manage stock for the products included in RMA. Also generate reports with details included in the RMA, save them in PDF format and print.
  • Purchase Order & Invoice Reports: Generated purchase orders and reports having details from order or invoice that you would have selected while generating the PO. Save Purchase Order/Invoice as a PDF, XML, CSV, TIFF, Excel or Word file.
  • Manage Warehouses: Manage the products and their warehouses. Create new warehouses, add products in them and transfer the stock from one warehouse to another.
  • Credits and Debits: Credit and Debit module enables you to manage the total amount of credits or debits of sales orders. It helps you to keep a track of stocks with their transactions amount in sales orders. Generate an account report containing history of credits and debits made in inventory stock, summary of total sales, return, and purchases etc. Save reports in PDF or Excel format.
  • Inventory Reports: Admin can generate and view multiple reports for the inventory and know about the availability of stocks. Get detailed stock history report with transaction date/time and names of stock supplier and customers. Know the status of stocks and a particular product. Transaction Reason Summary provides reasons associated to multiple transactions which can be added and edited.
  • Analyze through Charts: Get a warehouse stock chart that displays available and sold stock of particular products. View charts of returned stock of products through Return stock chart and total stocks available through available stock chart for selected products.
