Zoom Phone for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM increases efficiency and improves overall customer experience by streamlining key workflows with inbound screen pops, contact management, click-to-call, and automatic call logging.
With Zoom Phone for Microsoft Dynamics 365, a screen pop appears whenever you make or receive a call enabling you to open a form, add or update contacts, create and assign leads, and capture other call information.
From the Zoom Phone tab you can access the dial pad, make external calls, view dialing history, search for contacts, and click-to-call. You can also configure and display call disposition, listen to voicemails, and associate recordings with their specific contact timeline.
