Great tool its dones all the work for you.
What do you like best about the product?Easy to use. Keep accurate tracking. Easy direction. Good option for time tracking by job item
What do you like best about the product?It's easy to use! What do you like best about the product?Allows for easy tracking of customers and timesheets.What do you dislike about the product?I have not found anything I dislike about Time Tracker.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?We use Time Tracker for our installers time, and it allows us to separate their time by jobs.
Unproductive and Inefficient for what we do
What do you like best about the product?I like that there is a mobile app and I can submit my hours on the phone.What do you dislike about the product?I have tried to use all versions of Time Trackers integrations with Outlook, and they never seem to work. I have even opened up a ticket, but their support was lackluster. I have specific timeslots that I fill out each week. It would be great if I could set those to reoccur or if this actually connected with my outlook calendar.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?I track how many hours I am spending each week doing certain aspects of my job. My day is scheduled out from the start to the end and I need to be able to report my work.
Not bad, improvements have made it better
What do you like best about the product?The ability to add notes on each daily entry, a feature added awhile back, is a vast improvement.What do you dislike about the product?Not having the ability to add recent project numbers once a time card is started (only able to do this by copying previous time card when it's blank)What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Tracking time and tasks has been made much easier by the daily note entry.
A little quirky, but a great product
What do you like best about the product?I like how well Time Tracker by eBillity is integrated with Quickbooks. This saves a lot of time and prevents having to manually enter all my work details and possibly making mistakes.What do you dislike about the product?When I was using this product more regularly, I would occasionally have issues with slowness or items not syncing properly. It was not too often that I couldn't deal with it though.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Time Tracker by Ebillity is tightly integrated with Quickbooks. It allows all my employees to accurately document their time and the work they do at each client's sites.
Being more in control
What do you like best about the product?I work at a production company, our hours vary. It's nice to have control of putting in your hours.What do you dislike about the product?It's tough to navigate on a mobile deviceWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Being able to put overtime in easily.
I can enter my hours pretty easily
What do you like best about the product?Entering my hours, I can just click on stuff and enter stuff! It's great!What do you dislike about the product?Nothing at all, this thing lets me enter my hours and it's great.Recommendations to others considering the product:Use it if you need to track your time on eBillityWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Being able to enter and track my hours solves the issue of not knowing how much I worked and what I did while I was working. It's great!

Just What We Were Looking For
What do you like best about the product?Ease of use - even with updates, it's very straightforward for our purposesWhat do you dislike about the product?Not much that I dislike. Maybe just the structure of the employee names.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?It keeps track of our Audit times. We have an accurate accounting of the time spent on each project, so billing is easier.
