Beware. Paid for the app and started using it and it was a reasonable app for the price. License expired and could not contact support or get any communication.

The program did what we wanted it to do, but with very little ability to customize it (exports, sorting, etc.). The display is a bit wonky as the color schemes make it very hard to read if you're editing or viewing a risk item. We tried contacting support to see if there was a way to change this, but after one response with "try changing the color scheme" (like we didn't already try that) zero follow up, and no answer when calling their phone number, despite repeated follow-up over months. When exporting, the export gives only the risk title, risk level, owner, and due date. It doesn't include any mitigation, contingency, or additional information contained in the risk item. The sorting is wonky as well: When sorting by most recent, December of last year sorts after 6 days ago but before January and February of this year.

Great app and support. The support team were able to make changes to the app for us for a reasonable cost. They have been very helpful and responsive to requests.
