Bad Design
The bot will make long posts to your channel that can't be hidden or removed. Most people don't want bot chats. Not having the option to turn off channel posts by the bot and remove old posts is ridiculous

Ok program but licensing is a scam
I have tried MindMeister and for some reason MindMeister bundless me with MeisterTask. In September 2023 they tell me they have sent an email informing me of a transfer to a subscription based setup with both MindMeister and MeisterTask. With no warning (other than the alleged email from september), on Feburary 1st 2024, both MindMester and MeisterTask charge for a full 12 month subscription. MeisterLabs is of the opinion that this is legal - I must admit I disagree but don't want the hasle of a lawsuit. My best advice is to stay away from MeisterLab. /Bo.

You're better off finding something else
After giving your information and linking your email and Teams-account into this program, it doesn't even let you do one mindmap without you buying their upgrade. Avoid this program.

Couldn't install
Trying to install app this was was a impossible. I kept getting all sorts of errors and anything I tried kept taking me to a window asking me to upgrade. I uninstalled and then reinstalled to no avail. Another app that supposedly has a free version but is practically useless unless you upgrade.

Worked for me, installed, need to try it more to see if free version is useful enough
MindMeister icon appears on left menu. Pick a template from New mind map, then asks you to create an account at Mindmeister, go through verification process, follow the tutorial to make your first map (anything). When you finish, it appears in My Maps list.

get it now goes through verification process but finally throws error on Teams window.. Not available in the tabs on Microsoft Apps..
