Excellent App for Streamlining Actions

This app works well in Outlook 365, and makes recording actions involving email simpler. Having constituent details visible is also handy, as is the link to the full constituent record in case you need to check prior history/details before responding.

Great app for email actions

Our team uses this app all the time to quickly and easily add direct emails we send to the Actions tab/tile of our constituent records. The only feature I wish this app had is the ability to add the email as a Note, which is our preferred location for emails from constituents to our organization. Then I could give it all the stars.

Does not work on Microsoft Exchange

This add-on does not work if you use Microsoft Exchange. It only works on Office 365.

NXT for Outlook

Very useful tool. Takes a little bit longer to connect Outlook with NXT when loading the constituent info. But saving time in copy and paste. Adding Action is also seamless. Good stuff.

Appreciate the though but.......

We were all so excited about this and then the more we started to use it the more we realized it doesn't have enough functionality and causes more work sometimes. You can't search for a constituent so if the email address in the to or the from is not in RE then you have to add the action another way. If someone forwards you an email from a donor, same thing. My main disappointment is that it doesn't allow you or recognize who is entering the action. So all of the actions are assigned to nobody. To make it even better you can't even globally add the assigned to via the database view under administration because that field is not an option. Now I have to manually clean up all of the bad entries with no assigned to and figure out the best way to manage this moving forward.

Can't install on desktop version of Outlook

There's NO clear instructions on how to download this for the desktop version of Outlook. It keeps asking for Office 365, which our organization does not have. Zero stars.

Love this!

So easy to use. My only wish is that I could fill in other fields, specifically solicitor name, from the app.

Should be easier to install.

The App starts the installation well but then nothing happens and just a Loading....message appears in the background and never seems to finish or indicate that it's installed correctly. Please make it easier for users to install.

Little too lite, but great start

Ultimately, if the biggest execution this add-in can do is create an ACTION, then one should be able to do the full execution of action. It would be great to do note whether an action is open/closed, set time, and be able to assign it to someone. Otherwise, you have to go back into the system to do those two pieces, and therefore makes the add-in ineffective. One should be able to do this whole operation without going into the system. The next add-in feature I would suggest is to be able to pull your list of actions (at least for those due that day).
