Good if your guys are not really bad with technology, Good for multiple jobs
What do you like best about the product? We can organize time by jobs and sort hours by cost code. Quickbooks integration to save time on entering data. Customizable field forms. No more guessing which employee the handwritten form says and no more misspelled names.
The downloaded data form was very customizable, so we could adequately import the data precisely as needed.
Very easy to set up everything from jobs to the employees. Importing was a breeze. What do you dislike about the product?Frequent bugs that require almost weekly updates to ensure proper function.
I wish the absent and shift extra features were more user-friendly. Having two additional steps to mark someone absent makes it "out of sight, out of mind" for the field guys.
There are many symbols that can interrupt the formula for the import for the class list that can cause a lot of errors, which can take extra time to correct and prevent.
There are only three options for time data. It would be better to be able to customize those for companies that have different wage categories. We have eight different wage classifications we would like to be able to break down into straight time and overtime.
Bad for organizing customers. Customer input is not a feature. Would need a complementary program to keep customers tracked.Recommendations to others considering the product:If you need your jobs organized by customers, I would keep searching. If this is just a tool for data import for time management or cost code tracking, it works very well. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Cut 4 hours off of weekly payroll time. It saves time from having to solve errors for miswritten time or lousy handwriting. Employees no longer chose the wrong name for the helpers. We use transaction pro to import data and it is very easy to customize the data that is downloaded for a perfect import.
Time Sheets at Reach
What do you like best about the product? We used to use the PDF style time sheet to fill the time cards, but since this app came out, it was easier and faster to find the job name and number, but the right amount of hours to the job, add or remove workers for a specific day.
Another thing that was implemented in the latest version of this app is the app saves my names and latest used codes and jobs, it provides me with time saving feature without entering my name every time.It saves all the login info for me so I can only open the app and enter the job and the work done with the hours without working about the login info and changing my name.
What makes it special is the ability to add notes and special remarks on the hours spent and why there was a delay. What do you dislike about the product? It always feel the app is in the test mode because it keeps crashing and closing by its own with out saving any of the changes or additions done.Recommendations to others considering the product:You have to give it a chance, their team works all the time on fixing the problems and they listen to all the suggestions sent to them. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?The problem of looking or asking for job number to put on the time card and the code for the type of work done, it saved a lot of confusion and mess at our financial department.
