Tried the free trial. Cancelled before end of it and have subsequently been charged a full years subscription. While the program is great their customer service is horrendous. Been trying to reach out and have had zero response. Reporting to bank for assistance now

Only the very basic stuff can be reviewed. I won't pay a cent before I can reviews the premium features in some way

Need a program that can review more than one sentence at a time. A paragraph or page would be more appropriate.

One suggestion though: could you keep it in the Word main panel only, and not make it create a panel on its own, please?

It keeps on saying, "Does not connect with the catalog." I don't know what it means since every time I click on "See Details," it always leads me in this page.

It is fun and colorful it is very helpful but as you can see I only gave it four stars because it cost money to get premium access and I do not want to have to spend money do I have a to get something that you already have from the app and you can find out what the problem is on your own just by clicking the arrow key next to it and that and I think that I would like if it was free and accessible to everyone I'm sure that it is accessible to almost everyone but it is only two people who are willing to spend money every month and I just have a teeny weenie bit more stuff that you could easily figure out on your own and it is so much better than Grammarly

I love grade proof. I was able to use its features right away without instruction. If you have a problem with grammar this product helps you to identify grammar weaknesses. And the overwrite feature helps with sentence structure especially if your sentence structure is not strong enough. I am been using Microsoft ever since the 1987 and it is better than ever. Thank you so much!

The FREE ones are ok, but this is so much more. Yes, you have to pay for the additional features, but they are great and well worth the money. I would say my writing has improved but, my writing is the same, Outwrite has just tweaked and perfected it. Saving me time and improving my University grades
