Workfront

This app has enormous potential, but if I compare it to Jira app in teams its simply primitive and lacks any development for the past few years. Users could do so much more straight from Teams if they were allowed to, but even starting with the basics: - updates are only replies, no tagging of other users. This is serious limitation that impacts communication - requests page is not configurable at all and default filtering "show all" doesn't help much - managing tasks and projects should also be allowed. Focus is on requests in the app

This add in would add value if I got a teams message that requires action, and from within that message I could create a task, add to a project, and assign to a user or team. Also the ability to have a custom form inside Teams that produces issues in a request queue. This just notifies of various changes within Workfront and adds to the clutter of teams messages and emails I get constantly.

Love this tool. We use Workfront to create and track our work. Sometimes we'll get an email to do something. With this plugin we can bring that email (including attachments) into Workfront with the rest of our queue or work. In addition, we can add any email response to an existing Workfront task (again including attachments). It's a big time saver for us.

Doesn’t inform you of updates when made. Basically just links you item in chat. You could copy paste link and be just as useful. Slow. You have to install into every channel you want to use it.

was eagerly waiting for the Workfront/Teams integration, however it still does not work from the link supplied, and is still not available in the Ms Teams Store!
