Condeco for Outlook

It integrates very well with MTR and Outlook. The implementation was well cooridnated and run through, to ensure it was completed quickly and easily

Can be difficult to get hold of accounts team

It solves a number of issues, firstly since Covid we have downsized our office space and no longer have a desk for each employee, so we utilise the desk booking system to ensure that on the days people are in the office they are able to ensure they have a desk to sit at. It also resolves the need to ensure centralised booking management of our meeting rooms, with are all MTR's Lastly it is used to manage car parking spaces across the offices

Room booking

The variety of options and seamless integration with M265 and mobile, the support is also very good.

Some limitations like request notifications via email are not possible and one cannot link one room to more than one group.

Deskbooking is more organised and gives better overview and management.

It is super easy to use and a great way to see which of your colleagues are in the office. I found it easy to setup and make changes as and when needed depending on the business needs.

The mobile app is less easy to see who is sat at the desks, you will need to search your colleagues name instead.

We have more people than desks, Condeco is allowing us to make sure we have a seat and also go in on a day our teams are in.

Condeco streamlines meeting room bookings and has outlook calendar compatability.

The badge access was fairly spotty and required users to enter their password on many occasions.

Condeco integrated with our microsoft outlook calendar to provide real-time availability of meeting rooms. Meeting rooms were released within 10 minutes of scheduled meetings to free up unused rooms for other purposes.
