What do you like best about the product?
It is a good app and interface, but too expensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive. The cost is the most preventative thing about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our primary communication channel.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it is easier to use, fast and multiplatform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes request a lot of verifications when trying to log in from multiple devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me and the team to join in a fast video meeting when need a quick talk.

Great way to communicate internally with other co workers as well as customers.

It is easy to use and clear videos always.

I do not really have any negative feed back at this time.

Always runs smoothly. Never have to worry about the system failing

works but has its cons

What do you like best about the product?
its short snough to pay attention it provides detail and direct answers

althought the videos are good they have not been updated. the infomration in different versions are in different settings which makes us have to find them

bineg able to communicate with users withought having to converstate and wonder hey assistance can be needed or improvised.

ok most of the time. DND should be easier to find

Why is there not a Do Not Disturb feature right on the main phone app screen? Seems like an often enough feature to not have to go through 3 or 4 settings pages to turn on.

Decent, effective video system

What do you like best about the product?
It worked and was inexpensive. Worked when we had items scheduled. Not as popular, though.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients were confused slightly about what Ring central was. Felt like they had to download the application to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to chat and video chat during the call.

Great service for sales prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
Ring central is great as a calling platform for sales professionals. It allows you to take client calls from your cell or laptop from anywhere in the world, always with great audio quality. You're also able to keep track of prospects easily with the call noting and voicemail features. We also use it to communicate internally with team members in emergency scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues with it really. If I had to come up with something, I'd say the default ring tone is a little annoying and the fact that you have to hit 1 to connect every call, but I somewhat understand it from a preventing accidental calls to clients perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of prospects via voicemail tracking and call noting features. Also has great viability for internal communication when we as team members need to quickly reach one another.

Teams 'status' must be aligned with the RingCentral function called "Accept queue calls".

RingCentral, in Teams, needs absolutely to align the use of the Teams 'status' (Available/Busy/Offline/etc) with the function called "Accept queue calls". In other words, once you set your Teams 'status' as Busy or Offline (e.g.) the function "Accept queue calls" must be disabled automatically.

Nicht nutzbar

Die Teams-Integration funktioniert (bei mir) nicht. RingCentral lädt das Plugin nicht bzw. verliert ständig die Verbindung zum Plugin. Weiterhin dauert das Laden, wenn man aus einer anderen App wechselt (z.B. vom Chat zu RingCentral) viel zu lange. Inzwischen habe ich den Kontakt mit dem Telefon bereits angerufen. Schnell mal ein Telefonat führen - geht nicht! :-( Ich nutze wieder die Desktop App, diese funktioniert zuverlässiger.
