  • Manage your contact's profile, and enrich the contact data with tags, notes and custom forms. For example, you can create custom forms to store a contact's shipping information or membership data. You can create different type of fields, text, selection, number, etc.
  • Store your cases, orders or whatever you need to track for your business with custom forms. We call these 'Records', and this feature allows you to create custom forms that can store multiple data records.
  • Automatically generate messages from email templates - in templates, you can insert placeholders for contact's name as well as custom form fields, our addin will find the right data, and merge it with your template.
