Roby is a smart help desk bot for support teams to increase employee satisfaction.

Roby is a chat enabled help desk bot that simplifies ticket management, deflects repetitive tasks, and provides insightful information to increase employee satisfaction.

Ticket Management

  • All the notifications can be turned off directly through Roby. (Type “help”)

For Support Teams

  • Type "request" to view open tickets.

  • Click “Close the ticket” to resolve the ticket.
  • Click “Assign” to assign the ticket to other admins.
  • Click “Follow up” to send out the follow-up message to the person who submitted the request.
  • Click “View FAQ” to see the list of FAQ.
  • Click “View Dashboards” to enter the portal.
  • Click “Add/remove admins” to manage admin accounts.

For Employees

  • Type "help" to enter the main menu.
  • Click “Make a request” and fill the form to submit your request.
  • Click “View my requests” to view the status of the requests submitted.
  • Click “FAQ” to send out the follow-up message to the person who submitted the request.

There are two types of accounts for Roby. One is an office manager and the other is an employee.

The first person to install the app on Teams for a new company will automatically become an office manager. Any subsequent installs of the app from other users will become employees.

Therefore, you only need two different app installations to run through all of Roby’s functionality.
