Just a shortcut to open Jabber and nothing else

This still requires Jabber to be installed, and when calling it then opens Jabber which becomes the active window. So this is not integrated within Teams and you may as well just use Jabber. A disappointment.

We moved away from Jabber to Teams Calling and now I cannot uninstall the Jabber App from Teams.

Nice product

What do you like best about the product?
I took many interviews via Cisco Jabber and found it very useful , no connection issues
What do you dislike about the product?
Its fast & user friendly even some have limited computer knowledge can use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More interactive user interface

A complete and easy to use tool for VOIP calls and video conferencing

What do you like best about the product?
We use it to address communication gaps by making video conferencing and VOIP calls. It has performed fantastically and is usable across different platforms, be it computers or mobile devices. The application is intuitive and easy to use, so users can quickly and easily understand how it works. It allows us to have better connectivity within the organization and be more productive from anywhere, from any device; at the same time it provides a mechanism for communication and customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its user interface is lacking enough intuitiveness, it can generate losses to first-time users in the application. Also, its integration with some third party tools could be improved, it still shows many limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an excellent application, we are using it for internal communications, communication with some clients, meetings and messaging and if performance has been excellent. We like the clarity and quality of the calls, it is really excellent. The chat and messaging functions work efficiently, screen sharing contributes to our support work and it has a very good customer service. Our experience has been good and we are happy with Jabber.

Options that were available are not anymore

I started testing this a while ago and I was getting to choose between calling options (e-mail, work and mobile), after some time I decided to go back to my test just to find that it is now locked into e-mail and there are no options to modify it. Why was that option removed?

Makes no sense

Works only with the Jabber-Client. So it makes no sense to use it.
