Great project management tool overall
What do you like best about the product?I like the ease of use for project management, the UI layout is good too and also the automation features are awesome.What do you dislike about the product?It's hard to cancel, change users or team count and I had past clients complain about this a lot.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?It helps us keep all of our tasks together in one place for bigger projects. It helps me keep my personal to-do list tidy and my assistant can check in and see exactly what's being done or not.

Getting started was easier than anticipated
What do you like best about the product?Ease of use is a big one. Once you spend a little time in there you'll find yourself relying on it for everything, even personal to-do lists. The Asana Academy is also extremely well thought out and supported with both learn at your own pace and live training.What do you dislike about the product?Lack of drag/drop of projects into portfolios would be helpful. Easy enough to work around, but could be even more intuitive.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Getting the team better aligned within an actual single source of truth
Making Project Management Easy
What do you like best about the product?We use Asana for our Project Management tasks & timeline management. Asana helps us to align with the goals & easy to set reminders as well. One of the best feature we like about it the reporting & Goals feature that helps us find out the productivity of the team. The Teams feature is also helped us in creating department wise groups.What do you dislike about the product?Complex UI/UX of the tool sometime became hurdle when a newbie join the teamWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Asana helping us in making our goals aligned & documenting the tasks & categorization of tasks & tickets within the team equally. It also helping us to managing the team efficiency by reporting & goal sheet features. One of the best utilization of Asana if helps us achieve the deadlines faster by managing the tasks efficiently & time based reminders too.

What do you like best about the product?I appreciate tracking project management and the ability to assign vital tasks to bring our team together. It's also super helpful in keeping my own tasks organized so that I rarely miss a step.What do you dislike about the product?I feel like there is still so much to learn about what Asana offers that it can be overwhelming.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Asana is the tool our organization uses to manage all projects, contracts and maintain our productivity on a global level. What do you like best about the product?The ability to integrate tools and resources using Asana as a centralized resource. Asana is really easy to use and love the transparency
What do you like best about the product?I like how you can work and see everything you need to know. Asana is really transparency and help you do the work more efficiency.What do you dislike about the product?In free, you have really minimum amount of good features.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Work of doing work. In the morning I can see the clear view of today's tasks.
Asana is as complex or as simple as you need it to be!
What do you like best about the product?I love that Asana can get to the micro level for projects, tasks, and subtasks. The different views like list or board make it highly customizable and easy to use for a variety of styles!What do you dislike about the product?I wish I could sort by ascending or descending project progress percentage. Sometimes the portfolios confuse me as well.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?We really needed a kanban board to see where all of our projects were at as we got bigger. Asana did more than just that and it helps us assign a leader for the projects.
Asana makes work management a breeze
What do you like best about the product?I love the multi-homing of objects and the way each user can customize how they want to see their work and take control of how they want to manage their work. It is empowering. They also have amazing training resources.What do you dislike about the product?I'm still fairly new so it might be an education issue, but so far, I'm having a little trouble with all the different domains at my organization.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Asana is solving our issue of campaigns that utilize a lot of cross collaboration, having a content calendar, the AI summaries are amazing time savers, and highly individualized ways to work.
