Setting the Bar for Employee Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Willingness to listen and find a solution that works for our people. Exec Advisors are fantastic and worth every penny!
What do you dislike about the product?
Availability of languages for content translation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's given our employees a voice and helped us identify areas of opportunity to make our Company an even better place to work. It identifies gaps in leaders skills and provides resources to close the gaps and enhance manager abilities.

Good software

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable almost everything is. The Support team is absolutely amazing and always helpful. Our own account team as well has been wonderful to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more help articles with a lot more detail. There are different ways to do the same thing in 15Five and I wish the help articles covered all solutions/alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having employees track their goals better.

Excellent Tool, Has Really Helped Level Up Our Organization

What do you like best about the product?
Set up of the product was very simple and the training modules are very helpful if you're upgrading or adding on additional features as you go. At least one member of our team is in 15Five daily making it one of our most used tools. The cadance with check-ins and 1-on-1s all being in one tool and not having to track everything manually has really helped to keep us organized and on track. Utilization is at an all time high and the reporting has aided in identifying areas of improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a live chat feature for customer support instead of needing to send an email and then await a response. I will say though, responses are typically very quick. While the Best Self Reviews are absolutely a game changer, our organization does reviews based on anniversary date of our employees; which doesn't work as well within 15Five. It would be really nice to be able to combine results from various review cycles to get a bigger picture of the organization overall without needing to do a lot of manual labor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially began using 15Five to measure employee engagement and ensure meaningful conversations between managers and employees via check-ins and 1-on-1s. Being able to keep an eye on our pulse scores and identify trends and outliers quickly has been exceptionally beneficial as we continuously work to strengthen our team and ensure our employees are engaged and excited about their positions. We are also big fans of the performance management peice of 15Five. The ease of cusotmizing the tool to measure what is important to us as an organization is fantastic, and it has allowed us to streamline our annual compensation review process as well. We've just started tracking objectives and key results via 15Five, and so far the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

Simple and straight forward

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use that anyone can use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything. I haven't had any issues with the program this far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me on track of what I am doing weekly. It's also great to be able to go back and look at past weeks to see issues that may have come up and see if they have been resolved.

15Five is one of our most critical to have platforms in our company - WE LOVE IT!

What do you like best about the product?
We have built a company wide OKR tied to our company wide average Pulse score. It is an easy check of how the company is "feeling" from week to week, and over the last 2 years, I have found it to be accurate, important and super easy for the team to adopt and stay consistent in use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much. When managing multiple people and their 1:1's it can get a bit confusing which one you are in, and what are the actions that are needed to follow up with, but this is a newer feature we are using and I might just not know how to fully work it yet. I have also not dealt with a lot of the reporting (which it probably has), but seeing aggregated charts and data on the whole company would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our main destination for keeping track of OKR's and our pulse score. The weeky check-in helps us TREMENDOUSLY in feeling connected, as we are a 100% virtual company.

Poor customer service--Get ready to be nickeled and dimed

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for employees to have a weekly digital check-in on goals can be useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor customer service with devil-in-the-details fine print. If you so much as increase by one employee for one day, they'll shoot you an immediate bill. If you want to take a hiatus on services, they will issue absolutely no refund.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
15Five gives you a way to get weekly feedback on how your employees are feeling at work. This can be helpful.

The Only Employee Management Software You Will Ever Need

What do you like best about the product?
I am a professional who works on mobile applications and have had lots of personal contact with 15Five. One area where the software really excels is in making everything organized. We use it so we can keep tabs on ourselves, to communicate. Especially now with projects that are really complicated and which need outside help.
What do you dislike about the product?
But the other side of the coin is that some things about 15Five need to improve. Also, the setting and tracking of career goals seems a bit jumbled. Objective confusion There is sometimes overlap or confusion in terms of the objectives and peer review process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As far as solving problems is concerned, 15Five has been a godsend. This makes it easier to keep tabs on the team and brings our day-to-day efforts into one or two simple principles.

Great experience to check in and one on ones with the team

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to engage with the team and review performance and happiness score

Everything is good, no concerns no complains

Engage easily with the team, it allows the manager to check their activities, performance during the week and happiness score to then discuss further if needed during the one on one meetings

HUGE help for employee and manager development and engagement

What do you like best about the product?
We simply couldn't do nearly as much for promoting employee engagement and developing our managers without 15Five as the core tool. Straight forward to use. Had all employees using it pretty much immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
May take a little bit to understand how to best use it if you are not familiar with basic HR development concepts - not a bad thing as the software teaches as you go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee engagement, management, development and coaching can be very time-consuming. 15Five automates various aspects of these things so they can be performed in a much more efficient manner.

Powerful Toolset for Employee Engagement and Performance Management

What do you like best about the product?
I most appreciate the robustness of 15five as a whole and the many options it provides organizations to better engage with their people. I can see how the different functions like High Fives, the Best Self Review, or even how the individual user profile is set up all align with a lot of the best practices we've seen for helping employees leverage their strengths and other key learnings in the HR field. 15five seems to have a solution for almost every aspect of performance management. It's a pretty straightforward platform to use in many aspects with some opportunities here and there for making things smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheer number of features baked into 15five can make onboarding a little overwhelming at first. You can't get your workforce to embrace every single tool within 15five so it's really up to your internal implementation team to determine which features to focus on and how to stagger the announcements and changes. There are some guides to get you started, but a bit more active support or maybe more video guides would have helped with our initial onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly switched to 15five for more robust performance reviews and the combination of the Best Self Review and the approach to OKRs definitely helped in this area. But the bonus were all employee engagement functions through Check-ins and High Fives that we feel have strongly contributed to helping with engagement overall and have given leaders new insights into how their teams are doing.
