The software is easy to use and customize.

Minor things - like the booking data being in a separate place than the other reports. Very minor inconvenience.

We have a large population of employees for a limited amount of real estate. This allows us to have employees book desks and manage the space. We can also make real estate decisions based on the usage.

This has multiple combinations to set your desired organizational set up. It also self explanatory details to use the software, although help is always available.

Nothing much as dislike. It has self-explanatory details but can add auto tour to software so new users can get acquaint faster.

Many offices have downsized and so it is good to have flexible desk booking. Office space offers this option of allocation a desk to many different combinations. It also allows to book desk for any location & from anywhere. Mobile is useful too.

So easy to use both from the corporate real estate perspective and the general employee standpoint. OfficeSpace allows us to maximize the ROI from our entire real estate portfolio. The system is very easy and intuitive to use. The integrations allow for a variety of ways to interact with the platform which aids in adoption by even those who are set in their ways and resistant to change. Our client success manager keeps us updated on new feature rollouts and takes our suggestions back to the development team.

I have not found anything that we don't like.

OfficeSpace allows me to create differently scenarios and stacking plans more efficiently and effectively. Our old way: print floorplans and use colored pencils 👎 . With OfficeSpace: a couple of clicks to create the scenario parameters and then as simple as drag and drop. We are making more informed decisions regarding our real estate spend. We are able to quickly adjust to demand trends on our bookable seats. The software package has transformed how we plan and use real estate. Goodbye Excel, paper floor layouts, and colored pencils.

I love the ability to check any one of our offices map in one spot. It is amazing for someone who travels a few times a year and often to new places. Customer support has been great.

I dont think offhand ive had a major dislike a lot of the new features have been helpful. My biggest complaint is getting people to accept the adoption and i wish we had a good way to accurately track who is in office vs out using wifi that works with our system.

Officespace solves the problem of not knowing you way around an office when you visit and it also shows who sits where for newer employees learning their way around. It is benefiting the company as a whole because theres less confusion.

knowing where staff is located, bookable desks and reporting are some features I appreciate about OfficeSpace software. Easy to implement and very intuitive.

Everytime i have an issue I communicate it with support team and they provide me feedback or a solution which is always very helpful.

Supporting the enterprises remote work policy is critical and OfficeSpace has helped with our space resource.

Most helpful about OfficeSpace Software is its mobile app. The Upsides of using OfficeSpace Software are ease of use, good integrations, and mobile. It also has good drag-n-drop enabled Move Management system. The reporting system is outstanding.

There is nothing I dislike about OfficeSpace Software. I wish browsing could be a bit faster, but that may not be in their control. I also wish development time for requested features could take less time to implement.

OfficeSpace Software is a good software to use.

With OfficeSpace Software, we are able to manage the locations of our assets. Locations of assets such as people's desk locations, conference room locations (and potentially, availability), IT assets such as shared printers, and facilities' assets such as sanitizing stations, etc. are well managed by OfficeSpace Software. Booking desks (and potentially meeting rooms) are also promising.
