With Kanban Tool, you can manage multiple projects using separate boards with so many options to breakdown tasks af much as is desired for you and your team.

If you tend to overthink things, as I do, you could really clutter a board with the most minuscule tasks. I am not sure this is fair to list as a dislike, as this reason varies from person to person.

Kanban Tool solves the problem of knowing exactly where we are in a task, how long that task is taking, and who is responsible for that task.

It's very user friendly and gives you a lot of information in a simple and visual way.

It lacks fe more options of utilisation.

Workflow management

I have been using it for both my businesses for years. It really helps in efficiency and time management for me! And keeping track of my clients and the work I have to do for them! My husband was even able to create a way for our spreadsheets to connect to the Kanban tool so that it operates in unison!

I have a 47 clients, I wish the task box were adjustable so I could make them smaller and make it easier to see all of them without scrolling.

I have so much happening and so many things to do, kanban really helps me make sure I am not forgetting tasks and keeping up with my work load!

It has all the features of a kanban, while keeping it simple. It is not bloated with screens and buttons that make it hard to find what we want.

It could offer more options on recurring tasks, like choosing an end date, or repeating tasks every a choosen number of days.

This tool has been really help for us as we track internal tasks and assign the task to users. We use the timer, reminders, make the task recurring and other features.

This tool has been very helpful and we have not found a least helpful feature.

This is solving the problem as tracking task in an excel spreadsheet, which can be very combersome.

With the ease of use of the tool, we have migrated from a custom-made solution, with hundreds of problems to modify it, to a tool that is easily implemented, which has technical support (although we use a free version). We have implemented a budget preparation process tracking solution. We easily add or remove fields according to needs. We have been working for more than 9 months without problems.

We have not detected any flaws in the tool in the free version, and the support they provide is worth highlighting.

Fundamentally, we carry out the sales cycle from the detection of a prospect, the briefing, the preparation of the budget, negotiation and final stages with absolute time control to avoid delays in the process.

Very easy to use, customizable background and colour scheme, and doesn't over-complicate what should be a basic tool

No integrations- would be a plus to push tasks e.g. from MS To-Do list

Kanban Tool é very intuitive and easy for basic users. Offer a great free version.

I have nothing to comment about. The free version is very good.

I have no promblems to solve with Kanben Support.

The best thing about this tool is how it promotes visibility into every of our business progress, projects and tasks. We are able to get a high-level view of our projects in progress in real-time. It's simple just drag-and-drop to move tasks through each workflow stage. Hence saves time and money. It's also easy to see exactly where tasks are getting stuck in our workflows, so it's possible to add resources, refine our processes, or even change requirements.

This tool has been very phenomenal and time saving. It's been very easy to plan and implement new workflows in just minutes. The support team has also been very responsive and proactive 24/7. I don't have any dislike so far so good.

We use Kanban Tool to create, prioritize, and assign tasks without leaving the Board in our projects. Boards are organised by issue status where it's easy to customize any Board to fit our needs. Overall increase team performance with a visual project management tool.
