Lattice for Performance reviewing
What do you like best about the product?I like how easy it is to share feedbacks on performance with my manager and tracking objectives for evaluations. The platform is user friendly and very simple to use.What do you dislike about the product?It would be a great improvement, not available at the moment, to have the chance to envision a cronolgic overview of objectives and feedbacks reached throught time.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?By using Lattice we could track personal and recurrent performance reviews sharing the information wiht manager and HR department.

Very annoying app with low functionality
We tried for two years to effectively use Lattice and it was just a waste of time and money. This app does a great job annoying you but doesn't give you internal functionality for which you need to navigate to their website for. I don't recommend Lattice and instead recommend using the Microsoft Viva platform which is much better all around.

Lattice is Easy and Helpful

What do you like best about the product?The 1:1 tools that Lattice has are very helpful for planning meetings and creating agendas. Also great for tracking progress and aligning actions items to employee development goals.What do you dislike about the product?There are not many things I dislike with Lattice. What do you like best about the product?Lattice makes it easy to conduct performance review processes. I like that I can nominate who writes my peer reviews, and that the interface gives you the option to decline a peer review if you're writing too many.What do you dislike about the product?I only use Lattice in a limited capacity and I haven't noticed any significant inconveniences. My team doesn't formally update goals set out in performance reviews, so the reminders to edit those can get a bit annoying.Recommendations to others considering the product:N/AWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Performance reviews are a stressful and time-consuming task, but Lattice centralizes the process and makes it as efficient as possible.
Lattice is a great tool for one on ones and goal creation/tracking
What do you like best about the product?I like how you can set goals and track them with ease. It is especially helpful when having one on ones with management or just for your own personal development.What do you dislike about the product?So far, I can't seem to find anything I don't like. Lattice does exactly what it needs to, and it does it well. Even the mobile app is decent enough, which I can't say about most services.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Lattice is helping solve the problem of tracking goals. I have always found it difficult to really measure where I am, so it's nice to see a list in front of me and be able to categorize.

What do you like best about the product?I like being able to take notes after 1:1s and track progress towards goals. Also the alerts to slack are very useful .What do you dislike about the product?If not careful you can make a review or notes public to 'everyone' instead of just your team or direct report - that feature should be harder to select.Recommendations to others considering the product:n/aWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Helps me to keep track of myself and my direct reports' progress and goals throughout the year so reviews are more efficient.
