What do you like best about the product?I like how you can get to different places through multiple ways. Especially different entities that are connected to one another.What do you dislike about the product?I wish there was an easier way to find check payments and other transactions that require approval from the dashboard page. Currently, I need to be told what investment entities specifically have check distributions pending. Then I must manually navigate there to approve. There should be some centralized place on the dashboard to easily find thisWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?It is solving our investor fund organization by deal. This helps alleviate a lot of time that it takes my team accounting team to track what funds and distributions are for each investor.

What do you like best about the product?The overview of upcoming developments at Juniper Square and the opportunity to meet some of the leadership was great! The round table with peers was also great. A Game-Changer for our Firm
What do you like best about the product?Juniper Square was implemented at our firm when we launched both an open-end fund and a closed-end fund several years ago. Since we are a small firm, it allowed us to easily automate the subscription process for the funds and setup the investor accounts/positions in a relatively short time-frame. Additionally, it allows the team to more efficiently distribute documents to the investors on a quarterly basis or as needed. Our investors also like that it serves as their own document repository for the funds. It has been a game-changer for our firm.
We also value the timely Customer Support that we have received from Juniper Square. Questions are answered and issues are resolved quickly.
It is also exciting to see the roadmap that Juniper Square has in place for upcoming enhancements to the product. The product is truly best in class.What do you dislike about the product?Our firm does not have any major things that we dislike about Juniper Square. We did have some issues with the automated subscription process with some investors missing items or not following the directions closely enough so we had to fix some issues during the subscription process.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?It is benefiting the Firm by serving as the tracking mechanism for our fundraising process as well as serving as a hub for investor communications. Before implementing Juniper Square, these tasks were performed in Excel and Word.
Juniper Square is easy to use and they are making updates constantly. Would be lost without it.

What do you like best about the product?I like the scalability of the Juniper system. The juniper team is great to work with.What do you dislike about the product?We are new to system. What do you like best about the product?For me, the best part about Juniper Square is the platform and the technology. I love how they are constantly improving and the technology never gets stale like other investor portals or CRMs. It’s a big differentiator among all other fund administrators. The people are really great as well, and always extremely helpful with anything that I need. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an admin, or investor portal.What do you dislike about the product?Juniper Square is still building out the portal to be tailored to private equity, so some of the functionality isn’t quite there yet, but it sounds like that is slowly changing.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?They have helped us integrate multiple services into one platform, allowing for a more seamless experience.
