User Friendly LMS
What do you like best about the product?Absorb is very user-friendly, and I use it daily to pull reports and check attendance. I also like using Create for recorded webinars because it makes them look modern and updated. We worked with a great customer support team to set up our SSO integration, and the technical services department, specifically Luc Guetre, has been excellent in helping with troubleshooting and system maintenance.What do you dislike about the product?Absorb offers many add-on products, and most of their webinars center around using these additional features. It often feels like a sales pitch. It's difficult to know what could be useful to us.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?It helps us reach employees across the country. They can take courses at a time that works for them.

What do you like best about the product?I've used the Absorb LMS for 5 years now, and every time that I demo the platform, they're amazed at how easy it is to use. I also appreciate the client success managers (currently Maggie Stillman) and the quick answers to my questions from the Help Desk whenever they arise.What do you dislike about the product?Some of the evaluation / reporting features I would like to enhance. For example, to have a quick view and comparison of the feedback from several courses.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?We needed a simple way for our customers to access our product training, and it's perfectly suited to reach them all. It's very easy to update and maintain courses, as well as assign roles and permissions.

What do you like best about the product?We've had a fantastic experience with Absorb LMS! The platform is intuitive, flexible, and continues to evolve in ways that support both learners and administrators. Whether it's course management, reporting, or integrations, Absorb makes it simple to deliver impactful training across our organization.
What truly sets Absorb apart is the incredible customer support. A huge shoutout to our Customer Success Manager, Stephanie Berry, who has been an absolute rockstar—always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. Also, major kudos to Kayla Christie, our Account Manager, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met and that we're maximizing the value of the platform.
If you're looking for an LMS that delivers both in functionality and customer partnership, I highly recommend Absorb.What do you dislike about the product?There is not a bulk import/csv upload option for assessments (yet), which makes manual entry of quizzes a bit tedious. Absorb is very responsive to customer needs and they also really engage with the Ideas Portal submissions, so some of the other little things we wished would be improved over the past year have been.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Absorb LMS has helped us centralize and streamline our training programs across a large, distributed workforce. We needed a scalable solution to deliver consistent onboarding, safety, technical, and professional development training to employees at various locations—and Absorb delivered.
The ability to assign, track, and report on learning activities with ease has significantly reduced administrative burden and improved compliance. Customizable learning paths and automation features save time and ensure the right people get the right content at the right time.
We’re also benefiting from the user-friendly interface and mobile access, which have improved engagement and made training more accessible across roles and shifts. Overall, Absorb is helping us foster a culture of continuous learning while keeping everything organized and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?I love that Absorb is constantly making updates and improvements to the system. Our CSM, Stephanie Berry, is always ensuring that we are aware of the updates and suggesting how we could best use the system. Her customer service is by far the best that I have experienced, to date, in the LMS realm.What do you dislike about the product?I really don't have anything that I dislike about Absorb, but if I had to identify one thing, I would say the fact that Absorb does not offer an HRIS, to have an all-encompassing system. However, they do their best to connect with our HRIS.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Absorb helps us offer our busy staff quick trainings at their fingertips that they can complete anywhere. Also, Absorb has really helped us keep track of compliance trainings, policies, handbook acknowledgements, etc.
Absorb LMS - Solid Platform, Great Support, and Good User Experience
What do you like best about the product?Our experience with Absorb has been positive from the start of our engagement with them. Their implementation team did a great job providing training and support. It was the smoothest, most stress free, and trouble free implementation I have ever gone through. This included an integration with our SSO provider and HRIS system.
Their support is exceptional as well. We have a dedicated Client Success Manager, Tomislav Crnkovic, who is the best CSM I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is knowledge of the platform is deep and broad, he is incredibly responsive, and provides extensive answers to our questions.
The platform itself is easy to use and intuitive. We did very little end user training, and have had very few requests for user support. Users are able to navigate the system easily and without trouble, which reduces support tickets.What do you dislike about the product?From an administrative perspective the system is click heavy. Absorb is doing a great job to reduce this with the addition of AI powered filters and other enhancements.
Additionally, the basic reporting functionality leaves a lot to be desired. Absorb wants you to purchase their reporting add-on in order to create custom reports and dashboards. That said, the basic reporting is sufficient for most of the reporting we need to do.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?We use Absorb to provide compliance training, soft skills training, instructor led courses, safety training, and use their Create add-on for content creation. We chose Absorb because of the development roadmap, consistent improvements, ease of implementation, and the ability for our field employees to download courses, complete them when they don't have service, and then upload completion when they are back online.
Absorb has improved our ability to offer courses to our field employees, and it supports our ongoing efforts to provide training that is accessible to any employee at anytime.
Tamar - CSM
What do you like best about the product?Tamar has great energy and is so easy to work with! Her communication is clear and consistent and she follows up on ongoing items regularly. She presents information in a digestible and engaging way, and it's always interesting to learn something new from her. Highly recommend working with her!What do you dislike about the product?Not a single thing I dislike about Tamar. The LMS itself has some funkiness. Our ongoing issue is ADP to Absorb data mapping, but ever since we got set-up with Tamar, there has been lots of progress on this.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?employee training.
My LMS Experience
What do you like best about the product?The best thing about LMS is how unique you can make it to your needs. Once you do get used to how to navigate through LMS you understand how great it is. Mark also has been a great help through the setup/explanation process.What do you dislike about the product?The only thing that I dislike at the moment is how vast the LMS is but once I do start using it on a more regular basis it should become easier to use.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Having everything in one place for all our teams will be very beneficial for us as at the moment there are a few applications that are being used to complete some courses or tasks.
LMS Platform Use
What do you like best about the product?I like that Absorb allows for customization of content and how that content is deployed. I think the intergrations that are available are also very helpful.What do you dislike about the product?There are some limitations on the ecommerce side of the platform. The ecommerce side is a market differentiator and I think more time and energy should be placed on continued improvement in this area. Data and analytics around ecommerce, tracking of purchases and ability to differentiate products/pricing including tax functionality are critical in this space.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Ecommerce of online content
Amazing experience
What do you like best about the product?Everyone involved was super helpful, knowledgeable, and was always available to help. When we wanted to change up out timelines on a whim, our implementation specialist was able to organise everything and set up a check list to make sure we stayed on track.What do you dislike about the product?There is nothing i can think of that i disliked.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Absorb is allowing us to keep all training records in one place for easy tracking and reporting. The course creation allows me to customise courses designed for my firm and any training needs that arise.
Simple, Smart, and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?We mainly use Absorb LMS for compliance and manager training, and it’s been a great tool for us. It’s easy to use and very user-friendly, both for managers and employees.
One of the best things about it is how it uses AI to save time. It helps us create courses and quizzes quickly, and it can even handle everyday admin tasks, which takes a lot off our plates. The system also gives smart course suggestions to employees based on what they’re interested in and how they’re doing, which helps keep them on track with their goals.
Overall, Absorb makes training easier, faster, and more engaging. It’s a solid choice if you're looking for a learning platform that’s simple to use but still powerful.
It easily integrates with our HRIS system so that we don't have to carry the administrative burden.

Absorb’s AI features automate these tasks, freeing up time for more strategic work.
