Ease of use, ease of implementation, excellent customer support.

We have been using the on-premise solution for a number of years, however, the 365 solution was lacking in some functionalities. However, it appears to have improved over the years.

General technical support issues.

Overall, CodeTwo Signatures is an excellent choice for companies looking for an efficient and reliable solution for their email signatures.

I have not had any negative experiences with the solution so far.

Managing signatures is very complicated, especially as more employees work in a company. With the solution from CodeTwo, everything is super easy, centrally managed, and automatically implemented. No one has to worry anymore about whether the current campaign is still running and manually selecting the correct signature.

We can now control all signatures centrally and the individual employees no longer have to do it themselves

I actually have nothing to complain about, the support is mega good and everything else is perfect too

Easily create and manage signatures

There is actually nothing. Everything is very user-friendly.

We have no problems with the software.

Since all of our signatures are designed and applied on the server side, it gives us 100% control over what each employee's signature looks like. It was as easy as creating one template and assigning it to everyone. We've been using it for years without issue.

Our only downside was that we couldn't purchase directly due to our not for profit status, and instead had to find a reseller.

Before code two, we had no control over the signatures our employees put on their emails. They made up all sorts of wacky job titles and roles for themselves. We use code two to pull all this data directly from Entra now so its always correct and up to date.

We wanted a solution for email signatures to be the same across our company and found CodeTwo. This product does exactly what we needed, and we love it. Was easy to setup and I loved they let you try it for 14days before you purchase to make sure it fits your needs. We ran into some issues on our end with our managed services vendor and CodeTwo was so helpful they extended our trial to make sure we had plenty of time to test it. I thought that was very cool of them to do that for us. Plus anytime I had questions they were very quick to respond and help me. I would 100% recommend them if you are looking for an Email Signature Solution.

No downsides that I can see at this point. Everything has been great. Its what we were looking for and so far so good on our end.

Being able to have a consistent email signature across our company.

Signatures can be managed centrally and easily. This has been very helpful for us.

Central Management of Signatures Guidelines / Group-based Assignment

Nothing. Everything works well. Sometimes there are bugs, but they are mostly caused by Microsoft.

Managing signatures centrally is not possible despite the size of MS. Here, CodeTwo helps.
