Gensys app for integrating Gensys Anywhere with Microsoft Teams

The Gensys app for Microsoft Teams integrates Gensys Anywhere in the context of a Teams channel by using the (organisation) name of that channel. Starting with the Service Desk, you will see tickets of the selected organisation, or organisations containing the channel name. \nTo be able to use this app, you must have an active Gensys Anywhere url version 11.23.x or higher and an active Gensys account provided by your company. Currently, the app is not supported in South and Southeast Asia. Limited functionality is available on mobile devices.
