Sketchboard

Sketchboard is an amazing app and I would suggest everyone who are looking for an app to do software diagrams such as UML,design patterns and flowcharts so effortlessly. One more thing I forgot to mention is this app lets you add comments over the shapes that you can have in-depth discussions.

Too many features in one application is actually leading to confusion

Yes I would recommend this application for anyone who works with Realtime collaboration or interested in Continuous Free Hand Drawing etc.

I had got a task from office saying I need to create a design for the new project and I had less than an hour to finish it. I was stuck and started googling and was glad to find Sketchboard for G suite which solved my problem in a jiffy.

It helps me and my teams collaborate on new alteryx work flow ideas because we can sketch out the processes and work in real time which is way easier than emailing or google chatting. The interface is simple yet smooth with only four color backgrounds to select (I use mainly grid and paper).

The application was difficult to download. I needed to engage tech support to unlock the admin feature on my computer and override the install which certainly was not as straightforward as simply downloading myself. Could be better in that regard.

My team is using the built in diagrams notes and images as well as third party screenshots to design Alteryx work flows (another software) which then helps clean and modify large quantities of data to be tested during audit procedures. Its stored on the google drive which the firm uses making it much more efficient and safe because its not stored on the local drive.

Sketchboard for G Suite offers a wide range of useful features which include brainstorming,content management, discussion boards, project management, real time editing, task management, version control and many others. It contains a free trial which is very helpful for users to judge how it works for their needs. The free version works for well for those who cannot afford the paid version. It can be used to create diagrams, maps and charts to make the meeting more visually apealing. It streamlines the business and also integrates with other softwares like Slack, Google Drive and many more. Data can be exported in pdf and other formates according to your own needs. Comments can be added while communicating with team members.

Sketchboard for G Suite is available only in one language that is English so it is difficult to use for people who are not native english speakers. There are a few problems found here and there but that's the case with most softwares these days and the problems are minor. Its pros outshine the cons.

The user interface is smooth and customizable according to needs. You can share whiteboard to share ideas with your team members. It works on all kinds of devices from Andriod to Apple devices. It offers monthly payment and different subscription plans so the user can select them according to their own needs.

This software is the definition of the dream come true. I really love it. It is simple enough for anyone to pick up and use during a video meeting and supports brainstorming and discussion without breaking the flow of ideas. Sketchboard is the most powerful Whiteboard in the market if your intention is help people who need to be productive visually, and online. The collaboration with my partners, is one of the better options that this software can bring to you. The endless space that the software can offers you, is really impressive.

The biggest con that I can put on this software, is the text on the board. It can be annoying the fact, that if you don't know how to draw, the experience with this software can be very, very difficult, and frustrating. And I don't think that it can be a lot of cons that I can put, if I am a regular user of this software.

I am really happy with this product. I recomend it with all my trust and hope in their hands. It have been a big discovery for me, and my company. Is one of the best purchase we have done. They have been saving me for the past year and a half.

I use it everyday, almost every hour that I spend in my work. Is a great way to communicate with all my partners, and makes me feel really comfortable doing my dutty. The templates are one of the best things that anyone could find. Highly recomended.

The UI is fairly simple and easy to use, as a person without much of a background in design and design tools. I also really like the ability to export to Google Drive

There seemed to be a learning curve that took some getting used to.
