The Ordinics AI is a SharePoint add-in that helps users to specify and use keywords across documents in your organization.
The extension is designed to work on a document library. You will interact with the extension through its buttons, hooked into the command bar of a certain list or the context menu of selected items.
The Ordinics AI has two main features:
Keywords:
Keywords are certain words that appear multiple times throughout a file and have a certain relevance (prepositions, though appearing often, are not of particular importance, thus usually they aren’t keywords). The Ordinics AI can automatically identify keywords in your documents and allow users to manage them and add them to the term store on SharePoint site.
Summaries:
Summaries represent a group of sentences that were deemed of particular importance from the original file, such as those that contain keywords. Those sentences are stored in separate files, in separate document libraries.
