Besides, there are creative options where employees feedback are issued and solutions made easy for company growth. The integration with other performance measures is also a merit that brings ideal results for companies.

The sharing of the feedback of employees performance is a merit that we have obtained from the software. The proficiency of allowing different ideas to flow from the company end to the employees is something that increases customer support.

I like that Pavestep provides nudges if you haven't provided feedback to someone on your team for a while. I also like that it gives you examples of what good feedback looks like. I also appreciate that I can review my direct reports' feedback to spark further conversation. I'm also intrigued by its external use but haven't tried it yet.

I wish you could change the time limit on the feedback. It's standard at 1 hour, but I think changing it to 30 mins or 15 mins should be an option. I also would love if instead of pulling a report, it could autogenerate it to an email for me. But these are nice to haves.

Pavestep has allowed us to have a specific space to document and house feedback that we give one another. I find it really help to have a repository like that for myself and my direct reports.

I love how easy it is to send feedback to my teammates. It pushes me to give more positive feedback.

I don't like using it to send constructive feedback. I think that warrants a conversation instead and haven't found a great way to use Pavestep to supplement this yet.

Employees were reporting not getting enough feedback before we implemented Pavestep. We've completely addressed that issue and created a strong feedback culture at our organization.

I love that I can ask others to provide me feedback on specific tasks or projects or roles I hold. I don't have to wait for it, I can just pull for feedback myself.

We use Pavestep to enhance communication between team members, and particularly across departments. We've seen improvements in: - Ability to give and receive critical feedback - Direct problem solving between team members - Directed skills acquisition/improvement - Improvement in employee morale - Better record keeping for employee performance assessment Because Pavestep is instantaneous feedback, problems encountered by employees are dealt with much faster, and they don't fester into larger issues down the road. In addition, our performance assessments are no longer based on vague memories of what happened over a quarter. Instead, there are numerous specific events with 3rd party corroboration that can be discussed.

The reporting functions can be improved. Perhaps automated usage reports that are emailed to managers could be implemented. If the system could be integrated into something people use daily (like outlook or something) that might make it easier for people to get in the habit of giving feedback. When onboarding teams, we encountered the usual gripes about having yet another system to log into/remember. However, this is dealt with through consistent training and selling the improvements that come with consistent use.

No complaints! Very easy to use and administer

Hopefully we will have positive feedback as well as feedback to help with performance improvement.

It's an easy way to gather your thoughts and provide constructive feedback (Diamonds - what they did well or Spades - what they could improve)

I can't see my own stats in reporting (how many I have sent and received during the month). We also have our 1-1s every 2 weeks so it could be helpful to pull reports for 2 weeks instead of the minimum 30 days

No problems - benefit is you can go back and revisit the feedback.
