Sprinklr Advocacy

by Sprinklr, Inc.

Keep your employees up-to-date with the latest social advocacy content on their Sharepoint pages.

Drive employee engagement with your advocacy program by streamlining content discovery and sharing for your advocates with the Sprinklr Advocacy app. Sprinklr advocacy helps top brands leverage the personal connections of their employees or loyal fans to drive authentic organic engagements on social media.

The Sprinklr Advocacy integration with Sharepoint will allow you to embed advocacy content into a web part on a Sharepoint page which increases the reach and discoverability of the content that you create on Sprinklr Advocacy.

With this integration, you can allow users to view and discover advocacy content from your Sharepoint intranet. With this app, you will get two types of web parts:

1. Recommended Content: This contains a consolidated list of featured posts meant to show the posts recommended for sharing.

2. Content Feed: This contains all the posts in the feed meant for users to browse and discover the content of their interest.

These web parts will allow you to display a stream of advocacy content that the user will be able to either view or share on their own social channels through Sprinklr platform.

How it works:

- Log in to your SharePoint instance

- Add one of the two web parts that are part of this app - Recommended Content or Content Feed.

- Click the edit button on the web part and add the feed URL and choose how many cards to show or in how many columns should the content appear.

- Specify the post feed refresh frequency in minutes.

- The social advocacy content will start appearing on the web parts, ready to be shared.

- Web part targeting: You can also define target user groups for web part visibility. You can choose Sharepoint groups, Microsoft 365 groups or Security groups in order to target the web part to specific users. In order to use Microsoft 365 groups or Security groups - you need to approve the following API permissions that the application requires:

1. User.Read.All

2. GroupMember.Read.All

These permissions are required to determine if the signed in user has a membership in any of the chosen Microsoft 365 or Security groups.

**Note: To get the feed URL for Step 3, please reach out to support@sprinklr.com.

Please also note that you must have a Sprinklr Advocacy paid license to use this app. If you are currently not a Sprinklr Advocacy customer, please navigate to https://www.sprinklr.com/demo/ to get a demo of the product. To enable this integration, please reach out to your Sprinklr Success Manager.
