They did not give a concrete answer
What do you like best about the product? Its connectivity and speed to access resources. What do you dislike about the product?Their lack of information helps to see the functionality of its parts. It would be feasible to have aids within the sections so that I wouldn't have to go to their tutorials, especially when it's a very basic question. It should only have a specific explanation of what each module is.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?The connection report doesn't come out well when they apply the rate.
No more delays during onboarding!
What do you like best about the product? One thing I really enjoy about TeamViewer is its speed when I need to access another person’s computer. I am part of remote teams and rely on TeamViewer nearly every day to help fix their machines without having to talk things through in chat. Since it does not cause problems with our security software, I never find it difficult to get into someone’s computer. So, we spend much less time going over small computer issues again and again. What do you dislike about the product? What I don’t like about TeamViewer is that it sometimes requires machines to be on the same version. As soon as I’m using a newer version and the other person has an older one, we can’t start a session. There have been times when I needed to cancel my support calls as a result. When this occurs suddenly during my busiest times, it can completely mess up my schedule. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?TeamViewer has greatly helped us reduce the number of work interruptions. At one point, we lost a lot of time just because we were waiting for someone to come to a workstation for fast fixes. These days, I am able to log in at once and finish the job in a matter of minutes. That quick response has made peak times much easier to get through when pressure is high and time is limited. Having it is making our work as a group go more smoothly.
Ease of use and reliable connection
What do you like best about the product?I am able to access my office computer eastly to work. What do you dislike about the product?I have no dislikes only recently the update caused a problem. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Being able to work remotely to access my office files.
really stable, easy UI UX
What do you like best about the product?software is super stable, in my environement (Indonesia). What do you dislike about the product?price compare to competitor. esspesially small business like us that really budget is our challenge. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?remote all the device seamlessly.
Modern UI and third-party account
What do you like best about the product?I like stability of the connection and quality of image that is transferred from one PC to another. It allows to work with minimal lag time. As well, I like features like file/folder drug-and-drop, shared copy-paste buffer, and hot-key transfer. What do you dislike about the product?I created new account using third-party (google) and immediately run into problem with compatibility. I was forced to use only modern UI and log-in was possible only through browser that afterwards redirected me back to the app. There is no any workarounds. Some sections of the TeamViewer web are not compatible with third party account and do not support modern UI. I used crazy workaround to create ticket for my commercial account as direct approach did not workWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?I'm using TeamViewer to connect to my home PC from a laptop to run some chem-informatics tasks. I also use it to help my parents to set up PC or fix some issues with it.
Quick and reliable remote access anytime
What do you like best about the product? For me, the best thing is the quick and reliable remote access experience. TeamViewer is a day to day tool to get our spread out team on via device and it always works reliable. All I need is a few moments to connect to another person’s desktop, wherever they may be. It also integrates well with our ticketing system, hence making the process of recording of support incidents easier and faster. The intuitive design allows non-technical coworker to control rudimentary remote sessions by themselves. What do you dislike about the product? For small teams, it could be very expensive, and it gets pesky when you’re marked for ‘commercial use’ on personal profiles. And when the network is unstable, a series of troubleshooting can get slowed down by a series of lags. While latency is not their greatest worry, it can mess with your productivity especially during emergencies. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Now, we can attend to IT needs at a distance, fixing the problem of need to be on site. Having numerous locations, we’ve moved all our IT services to off-site operations, drastically curtailed our need for travel and freed up time. This capacity of ours to address problems very quickly and reducing the disruptions on the relatively employees has improved a lot. Our non-technical workers benefit much as we can show them fixes as we work them out in real time. It has made our IT processes, much streamlined and less troublesome.
Great remote access
What do you like best about the product?Ease of use, security with customer support, and a very stable remote connection. What do you dislike about the product? The cost is a bit high for smaller companies. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Teamviewer helps me with the remote access I provide to company users, remote connection with the servers I need to access from home. Besides that, I can transfer files between remote computers, which makes things much easier for me.
Reliable and works despite firewalls
What do you like best about the product?I operate the machines to be maintained via TeamViewer Host. I see the machines structured as active/inactive and access them with a double-click.What do you dislike about the product?I securely authenticate a machine with TeamViewer Host by registering the machine in my account during the initial setup and then confirming the process via email. So far, so good. Now, if an external colleague also wants to connect to the machine, I have several cases where I cannot provide an ad-hoc password. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?I don't understand the question.
