It didn't do anything really, not worth it.

Its a little clunky and limited in its scope.

We have enabled Copilot for Sales in our organization. First I was a bit sceptic. But later I found that if sales saves time by removing administrative tasks. They have more time to be at the customer. So in our organization the revenue goes up!

The chat function is not operating as expected. We have experienced multiple transfers between support teams at Microsoft, and it remains unclear why the issue cannot be resolved within our tenant.

When I paste a link to a Dynamics 365 record into Teams, "Copilot For Sales" creates a visual preview. The preview takes up far too much room, and doesn't display useful information. There isn't anything you can do to configure what is and isn't shown - only switch to an even less useful 'minimal' view (which is still too large, but displays zero information). Other users have also been confused by the fact that the links to our CRM records are being branded as "Copilot". My organization doesn't subscribe to the larger set of Copilot features (nor intends to; we are highly skeptical of generative AI when it comes to accomplishing tasks accurately). However, there doesn't appear to be any way for me to remove this application (and Microsoft's own instructions as such don't match the Teams interface). I'm genuinely sorry for the developers that created this functionality and will end up reading this review; it's not their fault that they are being tasked with forcibly integrating an overhyped technology that Microsoft (and every other tech giant) are desperately trying to recoup their investment on. You deserve better. 😞

where is the documentation on how to use this app? the knowledge base, youtube videos, etc. MS just seems to put out flowery language that doesn't actually tell you what or how the product can do. Meeting summaries are bad. Like really bad...

In our organization sales can work faster and prioritize important work first. Saves them time, and improves quality of their work

Its still popping up on my emails, very annoying
