Great software that helps track anything I need to!
What do you like best about the product?One of the things I like about it the most is it is cloud-based and very easy to use. Anybody that has ever downloaded an app on their phone can use CloudLex. It's incredibly user-friendly. The training on CloudLex for a new employee takes about 30 minutes to an hour because it's tailored for personal injury law. This is one of my favorite things about it.What do you dislike about the product?Not much to dislike. We have been using CloudLex since they were pretty new, and here we are six years later still using the firm management software with no intention of ever moving.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?The reporting functionality in CloudLex helps me understand the metrics and cuts out a step from having to do that outside of your case management software. It makes it much easier as the owner or managing partner of the firm to be able to have an idea of how many intakes you're getting, which attorneys are getting the new cases, what stage are they in the litigation. There are just all kinds of things that you can easily gain from the reporting and analytics.
Cloud Lex has been Great!
What do you like best about the product?Quick access to critical data from anywhere (via the app) has been beneficial. Also, quick reports on cases are very valuable. Having the ability to see how many cases are active and who in our firm is working on them is valuable. Also, communicating with our clients through the messaging app has been great.What do you dislike about the product?Although it does not fully integrate with our Quickbooks, it does integrate well with the Quickbooks "Online Version"...I'm told there are some changes in the mix that will make it work well with the original Quickbooks. So, while I may dislike something, I love how responsive CloudLex is at taking customer feedback and working towards real solutions that improve the overall product.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Cloud Lex is solving our inefficiencies. Cloud Lex makes our firm work quicker, find data quicker, communicate with clients quicker and overall keeps us better organized.
Cloudlex is a powerful program if used to its potential
What do you like best about the product?Very user friendly. Easier to use than other legal programs and has more organizational qualities. Very easy to set up tasks.What do you dislike about the product?Not knowing its full potential. It would be nice if the company provided an on-line learning webinar.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?We are able to set up tickler points in order to stay on track. We never lose sight of when the statue of limitations expire.
I recommend CloudLex
What do you like best about the product?The thing I like most about CloudLex is that it is secure and cloud-based, which allows me to work from anywhere there is a good internet connection. The platform lets you have an entire case (indeed your entire office) in one place and is accessible anytime, anywhere. Equally important is customer service, which has been great over the many years I have been a customer/user.What do you dislike about the product?If CloudLex could have pre-populated tasks/events specific to Connecticut practice, a CRM tool, and an ability to have a secure cloud-based portal for creating and storing documents (other than in Cloudlex) it would be unbeatable.Recommendations to others considering the product:I have used other case management services. CloudLex has been the best.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Able to function in a less paper environment and remotely.
Way to Scale and Organize a personal injury practice
What do you like best about the product?that I can speak with real people at Cloudlex for support.What do you dislike about the product?there are minor things that we dislike but we brought them up to the company and they're implementing the changes. This software is always improving.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?We are able to employ remote employees.
Being on the Cloudlex
What do you like best about the product?The ease/ simplicity of the program. The support is exceptional.What do you dislike about the product?Sometimes I am unhappy that I have nothing I dislike about Cloudlex.
The email feature is not the best.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?I can access my files, telephone messages, contacts, calendar anywhere in the world.
Fabulous software and customer service. A must need for plaintiff injury firms.
What do you like best about the product?We like how it is user-friendly. The data is accessed quickly and easily. Tracking leads and case management organization is incredible.What do you dislike about the product?There are so many files available that cannot be deleted. Once you create a new one it cannot be changed from all the files/cases.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Case management, data and detail storage for each file
Great software for the Personal Injury Law Firm
What do you like best about the product?Cloudlex is built for the personal injury law firm. It allows you to put all of your client's case information, documents, events. medical records, photographs, emails, text messages, and contact information in one place. Cloudlex also is fully integrated with Dropbox, Microsoft Word & Outlook, and Google and works seamlessly with all of them, including their calendars. On top of all of the features, Cloudlex is totally in the Cloud and has Apps for the iPhone, iPad, and Android. Cloudlex is therefore totally accessible anywhere. Cloudlex also has a great intake section where you can keep track of all of your intakes including where they came from.What do you dislike about the product?Nothing. Cloudlex recently started a help page with videos and instructions that should answer most questions.Recommendations to others considering the product:Do a demo with a Cloudlex rep before making a final decision on any other Case Management Software.What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?All of my client's information is centrally located. Instead of going to different locations to find everything, it can all be found in their Cloudlex file.

What do you like best about the product?Sounded great in the sales talk. If they could have delivered on their promises, it would have been excellent.What do you dislike about the product?Very poor training/support. I inquired about integration and was blown smoke by sales about how smooth sailing that would be. But training was, 'look at our site. See what the buttons can do'; all things anyone can figure out. There was ZERO instruction or recommendation about how to integrate teh software into daily practice for staff or attorneys, a fatal flawRecommendations to others considering the product:Unless you have an employee dedicated to doing the job of pounding into the software and translating it into your firm's daily routine, it is more for looks than the tool it was purported to beWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Zero problems were solved. PLUS CLOUDLEX REFUSES TO REFUND A HALF YEAR'S PRE-PAYMENT. YOUR SATISFACTION IS NOT GUARANTEED
