Experience insights gives you access to the usage and success metrics that Microsoft collects about how your organization uses Microsoft 365 apps and services. This app is perfect for people who are responsible Microsoft 365 product adoption.
## You can use the data in Experience insights to help you:
- Make sure you're hitting your Microsoft 365 product adoption goals
- Gauge the success and satisfaction people have with the apps
- Find help topics of interest and share suggested training with your users
- Optimize license and product assignments to users
- Get quick insights in changes to the data over time
## Requirements
- To view data, you must be assigned one of the following administrative roles:
- Global Administrator
- Global Reader
- Reports Reader
- User Experience Success Manager

- Can send data over the Internet
- This app can access personal information on the active message, such as phone numbers, postal addresses, or URLs. The app may send this data to a third-party service. Other items in your mailbox can’t be read or modified.
