Plumsail Forms

Plumsail forms is easy to use and allows you to functionality make SharePoint Lists into a relational database. Every time I've dealt with their support, they are responsive and very helpful. I think the product is a great value.

One minor annoyance is that if you add/change fields in your SharePoint List, you then need to manually update your custom Plumsail form(s) for that list. Not Plumsail's fault, I think it's just the nature of using a custom forms tool.

Allows me to have an easily customizable, nice looking form for viewing and editing SharePoint List items. We're also using it to connect different Lists together so that from an Edit form of an item in List A, we can create an item in List B that is automatically linked to that item in list B in its lookup column.

Airtable integration, not via zapier. Full-on javascript support. I looked at a LOT of tools to find this feature done right. jotform, paperform, fillout, wuFoo, FormFalcon, FormSpree, NoLoco, FormBerry, MightyForms: none of these would allow me to write code to handle volume discounts in an order form. Plumsail was literally "It". I had questions, pinged them, and received the best support I've had in ages. I'm not paid or incented for this review, just very pleased to have found them. They deserve to be much better-known, PlumSail is a great tool.

minor UI issues, like: Phone numbers must be formatted as XXX YYY ZZZZ. Getting at settings for the accordian control is not obvious.

online order form (NOT directly integrated with payment system). quantity drives unit price, total = price x quantity, grand total = sum of several prices. Other tools offer "no code" solutions but implementing logic like what I'm doing quickly gets tedious using those solutions. Available Scripting is really the only way to go.

It is powerful tool for creating custom forms and you can easily implement many business scenarios. Especially the ability to connect other list and update data in one form.

I would like more option to customize the positioning of fields in a row.

The main problems I had was: - lock specific form fields and prevent users from changing them - Bring data from another list and change data of both list in the same form.

Best combination of flexibility of design and integrations with Microsoft applications and automation.

Could continue to be developed and enhanced.

Had been searching for a Forms solution that was: 1) reasonably priced, 2) flexible and configurable for truely creative design, 3) integratable with Microsoft and Microsoft Automate.

The public Forms are intuitive to use. The results look professional. The settings allow secured sign in. Much more functional than MS Forms, with JS, I can add many useful functions to the users. The connection with MS Power Automate is smooth. Tutorials are helpful and the support team was responsive and helpful.

I just wish branching could be as easy as MS Forms, instead of relying on JS.

It supports rich-text editors, which MS Forms doesn't. With JS, I can create many useful functions.

The drag and drop capabilities of plumsail forms is so easy for anyone to work with. It gives me all the power and similicity that I wanted from sharepoint out of the box.

It would be nice if the more powerful functions had more options and were more built out. For example the list to library control is super easy to use, but the cusotomization is a bit limited right now. I would imagine that they will build out some of the more advanced features in the near future.

It makes the sharepoint form interface much more user friendly.

Very easy to create a form, effective user interface. Integration with power automate is great.

JS could be difficult for users who don't know coding. Some conditional actions can be selectable from item features.

We can collect easily request and feedback from our guests.

The ability to put in features that are not available in other platforms and still integrate with microsoft power platform. I have built some awesome applications combining the two and its amazing for my clients. Also their support team are amazing. Very helpful and I always get a response.

Not much to be honest. I hate having to learn Java. But i'd rather deal with Java than not have the product. So its not really an issue.

The ability to build for clients a form to to allow outside people to upload attachments, sign, put information into a repeating table and integrate all of this seemlessly with power automate.
