With the ProCloud Support Bot, ProCloud customers can interact directly with our support team.

Customers who are used to communicating in Microsoft Teams do not need to use other support channels such as Outlook, phone or the ProCloud.Center. The feature set currently includes:

- Open a ProCloud support ticket

- Add additional information to tickets

- Receive a response from our support team

Note: The answers are written by our (human) support team. Therefore the support itself is not done by a bot/machine, the bot only enables efficient communication with our team.
