The Yeastar Workplace for Outlook add-in provides a one-stop solution for room scheduling and meeting planning. It brings room search into the Outlook calendar and thus helps streamline the booking experience, empowering employees to perform their best work without juggling between different tools.
With this Outlook add-in, you will be able to:

Rooms that meet your criteria will appear in the add-in panel on the right, so you can easily secure the optimal meeting room without leaving Outlook.
Book the best-fit space for your meeting while creating a new event from your familiar Outlook interface. Scheduling conflicts will be shown in the add-in panel to make instant changes.
Order catering and additional meeting services like cleaning directly within one flow while you book a room.
New appointments and any subsequent changes will be automatically synced between Outlook and the Yeastar Workplace dashboard, keeping you up to date.
*Note: To use this add-in, you will need an active Yeastar Workplace account and a subscription plan. Integrating Yeastar Workplace with Microsoft 365 Calendar or Exchange is also required.
