This list extension 'Detailed permissions' allow you to get item permissions in document libraries.

Detailed permissions list extension for SharePoint adds a new button inside your Document Libraries allowing your user to see permissions in another approach. The component propose possibility to see each item permission but also to expand the content of the Active Directory or SharePoint groups in one click, making you able to determine precisly who has access effectively to your documents.

In this interface we also added standard feature, not available in the modern UI like

  • Checking effective permissions of a user and seeing in which group he has been added

  • See inheritance of permissions from parent and to children items

  • Checking the site collection administrators list
