Reconcilliation doesn't work
This was working several months ago. It has been updated recently and is now apparently broken. It gives the following error: An error occurred while reconciling the data. I've tried remapping over and over and over with different tables with no results.

Stop forcing this app on users
I have already removed it but every time I open Excel it repeatedly asks me to add it to my excel when I have already removed declined the prompt to do so. It is annoying to have to close the prompt every time I open excel files.

Reconciliation works quite well
Good tool from Microsoft. Hopefully Microsoft will invest more and add more features. Recon works well when I need to match my credit card transactions from two different reporting systems
