Designed to simplify the visitor experience, it includes features like guest pre-registration with custom questionnaires, Barcode, QR, and Scramble QR Codes, all integrated with Genea Security for fast and secured entry.

How It Works:

  • Install the Genea Visitor Management add-in for Outlook.
  • Create a new meeting and click the Genea Visitor Management icon in the taskbar.
  • Fill in the required information and choose who to invite to the meeting.
  • Click "Submit" to confirm.

Compatibility:

  • The Genea Visitor Management add-in works with most versions of Outlook Web App and Office 2016/2019 (Windows and Mac).
  • Requires a Genea Visitor Management subscription and an Office 365 Commercial plan.

This solution is designed for Enterprise customers and is not available for independent users.
